All keynotes and breakouts, Expo Hall access, CX360, Braindate, and Club Coupa. DevCon is available as an add-on to your Inspire pass or as a standalone experience. Customer Training is available as an add-on for current Coupa customers only. Additionally, breakfast and lunches are included, as well as our Welcome reception and happy hour.

Yes there is. Once you register you will receive a link to book your room at the special conference rate.
You may substitute your registration to another colleague within your company by sending an email to [email protected] with the new registrant copied. This email should include the following details for the new registrant: Name, Job Title, Email Address, Business Address, Business City, Business State, Business Country and Business Zip Code (if applicable). Please note that the deadline for all transfers and edits is 11:59 PM PT on Thursday, May 13, 2027.
DevCon is $395, either added to your Inspire pass or as a standalone DevCon pass.
Cancellations received in writing by 11:59 PM PT on Wednesday, April 7, 2027 will be refunded in full. Please email cancellation requests to [email protected]. As we have guarantee commitments to the venue, cancellations received after Wednesday, April 7, 2027 will not be refunded, regardless of registration type. Coupa may modify or cancel the event. If Coupa cancels, its sole liability is a refund of registration fees paid.
