Our policy is one pass per person, meaning you may not share passes. If you can no longer attend and you’d like to transfer your registration to a colleague, see below.

Coupa Inspire World Tour registrations are for strategic decision makers and are subject to approval. Please reach out to your Coupa rep to make this request. Include the following details about the colleague who would attend in your place: name, job title, email address, country of residence, and mobile number. You may be asked for additional information following on from this to complete the registration process.

Registrants are allocated one ticket per person, and no more than two people may attend from the same company for any one Inspire World Tour event.

Coupa Partner attendance is exclusively through sponsorship. If you are a contracted partner of Coupa, please contact your Coupa Alliance Manager to learn more about sponsoring Inspire World Tour.

Suitcasing is the act of soliciting business in the aisles during the exhibition or in other public spaces by non-exhibiting companies, including another company’s booth or a hotel lobby. It is Coupa Inspire’s objective to do everything legally possible to protect our Exhibitors from suitcasing. We want our Exhibitors to know that Coupa is tough on suitcasers, and that we are vigilant in our efforts to stop them in order to prevent Exhibitor unhappiness and show erosion.

Any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company’s booth, or in violation of any portion of the Exhibit Policies, will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may be applied.

Please report any violations you may observe to the Event Staff. Coupa recognises that suitcasing may also take the form of commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite; a restaurant, club, or any other public place of assembly. For the purposes of this policy, suitcasing violations may occur at venues other than the exhibition floor and at other events. Requests for hospitality suites must be approved by Coupa Inspire and are only available to confirmed exhibitors.

Coupa does not have an attendee room block for this event. If you need a hotel room, we suggest you book one through your company’s preferred travel agency, directly with a hotel or with an ATOL-protected booking agency.

Welcome coffee and a buffet lunch will be provided. If you have any dietary requirements please select those in the registration form.

Event organisers recommend you wear business casual attire, such as chinos, blazers, smart jeans, dresses and sweaters. The session rooms may be cool, so a sweater or jacket will be useful.

Yes! We will have a comprehensive mobile app available for all attendees to use during the event. Attendees will receive instructions by email on how to download the app prior to the event.

We will make venue maps available in the Inspire World Tour mobile app several weeks before the event date.
